Location: Bukit Ceylon, Kuala Lumpur (near Bukit Bintang MRT Station) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Salary: Up to RM8,000 + Transport Claims + Quarterly Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to assigned customers and achieve sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, sales channels and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Identify and profile target accounts, understand customer needs and develop suitable sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key industry stakeholders.
- Travel locally and overseas to meet key customers and strengthen business relationships when required.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse customer and competitor information to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Recommend alternative branded products to customers for End-of-Life (EOL) components and products.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing new customer accounts.
- Willing to travel locally and overseas for customer meetings when required.
- Experience in technical products, components or related industries will be an advantage.
