We're looking for two (2) Business Development Executives for a transport technology company that provides live bus tracking service and contactless payment solutions to transform everyday bus travel into a safer and more reliable experience.
You will support Business Development Managers by handling day-to-day sales execution and account management. This is a field-facing, execution-heavy role designed to build future senior sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecing, lead follow-ups, and basic sales pitching
- Supporting deal closures and onboarding of operators
- Managing assigned accounts post-sale (coordination, follow-ups, basic issue resolution)
- Field visits, client meetings, and reporting via CRM
- Supporting pilots, demos, and commercial rollouts
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in sales, account management, or field operations
- Comfortable with field work and relationship-building
- Coachable, hungry, and execution-focused
- Strong communication and basic negotiation skills
- Must have Driver License and own Vehicle - REQUIRED
- Willing to be assigned at QUEZON PROVINCE
- Can work Field work
