We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us connect with potential clients, studios, brands, and businesses seeking game development services.
Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with potential clients * Generate qualified business leads * Build and maintain strong professional client relationships * Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team * Assist in proposal discussions and project onboarding * Support business growth initiatives and partnerships
Requirements
* Strong communication and networking skills * Experience in sales, business development, freelancing, or client acquisition is a plus * Basic understanding of the gaming or software industry * Self\-motivated and result\-oriented mindset * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation
* This is a performance\-based salaried role. * No fixed monthly salary is guaranteed without successful business generation. * If you successfully bring a project in a given month, you will receive your salary for that month. * Salary will be processed after the client confirms the project and completes the initial payment (or as per the agreed payment terms). * Salary amount and payment terms will be discussed during the hiring process.
