Business Development ManagerOverview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to support the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to expand the company's services. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the company's business support services to potential customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and business proposals.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM or other business systems.
- Work closely with management to achieve business growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for expansion.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to achieve business targets.
- Right to work in the UK.
