Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
* Generate and convert new leads through calls, online channels, partnerships, events, webinars, and referrals.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing customers.
* Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue, and customer acquisition trends.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, educators, partners, and other stakeholders.
2. New Product Development
* Identify new course, program, test series, subscription, mentorship, and learning-product opportunities.
* Conduct market research to understand student requirements, competitor offerings, pricing, and emerging education trends.
* Collect and analyze feedback from students, sales teams, faculty, and customers.
* Work closely with academic, content, marketing, technology, and design teams to develop new products.
* Assist in defining product features, pricing, positioning, target audience, and go-to-market strategy.
* Coordinate pilot launches and evaluate customer response before full-scale product launches.
* Continuously recommend improvements to existing products based on market feedback and sales performance.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
* Track competitors, new EdTech platforms, courses, pricing models, promotional strategies, and market trends.
* Identify gaps in the market and recommend new business opportunities.
* Prepare competitor comparison and market opportunity reports for management.
* Understand changing student needs and recommend suitable product or service modifications.
4. Business Partnerships
* Identify potential partnerships with colleges, coaching institutes, educators, influencers, institutions, and education platforms.
* Develop proposals and negotiate commercial partnerships.
* Build long-term relationships with strategic business partners.
* Explore B2B, B2C, institutional, and channel-based sales opportunities.
5. Product Launch & Go-to-Market
* Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.
* Develop sales pitches, product presentations, offers, and launch strategies.
* Train sales teams on new product features, benefits, pricing, and USPs.
* Monitor launch performance and recommend corrective actions to improve sales.
