**Key Responsibilities**

* Connect with individuals who are interested in learning more about our programmes and opportunities. * Schedule and coordinate follow\-up appointments where appropriate. * Maintain consistent daily activity and take ownership of personal goals. * Learn and apply digital marketing and lead generation strategies. * Participate in ongoing mentoring, training, and collaborative learning while continuing your own leadership development * Stay curious and continue learning about personal growth, leadership, and the programmes we offer

**Qualifications we seek:**

* Experience or interest in leadership, education, personal development, or emotional intelligence. * Experience of working in remote digital environments, including video calls, and online community platforms. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules, client communications, and documentation while maintaining accuracy, and attention to detail. * Are self\-motivated and value personal growth, integrity, and ongoing professional development * Ability to work independently in a remote setting, and adapt to evolving programs. * Background in coaching, counselling, mentoring, or related fields is beneficial but not essential
