- Ask qualification questions to understand the customer’s current packaging requirements.
- Identify the type of bags used, required specifications, purchase quantity and expected reorder date.
- Find out whether customers are experiencing problems with pricing, quality, delivery or their current supplier.
- Schedule qualified sales meetings for the Director.
- Maintain accurate company and contact information in Excel and the company CRM.
- Record all calls, emails, responses, follow-ups and meeting outcomes.
- Follow up with prospects who have not responded.
- Follow up after meetings, sample requests and quotations.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide weekly reports on calls, emails, conversations, qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Research new industries and potential customer opportunities.
- Support the Director in growing BulkCore Inc. across Australia.
