About the Role:
Looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help improve business processes, systems, and digital workflows. You will work with stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate them into clear system requirements, and support successful technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to document business and system requirements. Process Analysis: Review workflows and identify opportunities for improvement or automation. System Support: Assist with configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution. Documentation: Prepare process maps, user stories, specifications, and system documentation. Testing: Coordinate user acceptance testing and track defects through resolution. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a link between business users, developers, vendors, and project teams.
What We Are Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM, ERP, databases, APIs, or enterprise applications. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Communication: Able to explain technical requirements clearly to both business and technical teams. Tools: Comfortable with Excel, Jira, Power BI, SQL, or similar business-analysis tools. Mindset: Organised, curious, practical, and focused on delivering workable solutions.
Pay: £32,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
