We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and execute campaigns across our B2B growth channels, building a predictable demand generation engine that consistently contributes qualified pipeline to the business.
What You'll Own

Paid Acquisition: Own LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels — including audience strategy, campaign setup, budgets, optimization, testing and performance.

Email Marketing: Own email as a demand-generation channel — including segmentation, campaigns, automation, nurture journeys and conversion.

SEO & Organic Growth: Own SEO strategy and execution to drive organic traffic and qualified leads.

Website & Conversion: Own website analytics, landing-page performance and CRO, identifying opportunities to improve visitor-to-lead conversion.

Integrated Demand Generation: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across these channels, aligned to product, GTM and business priorities, working closely with Content, Design and Sales.

Performance & Pipeline: Own funnel analysis across Lead → MQL → SQL →Opportunity → Pipeline, using performance data to decide what to scale, optimize or stop.
What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of B2B Demand Generation, Growth or Performance Marketing experience, with proven B2B lead generation results, ideally in B2B SaaS or Enterprise SaaS.

Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, lead qualification, attribution and marketing-to-sales funnels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose channel performance and make data-led optimization and investment decisions.

Strong bias toward testing and experimentation.

Comfortable working independently in a lean environment and collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
