- Engage with and take care of both local and international customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance shopping experience.
Store Operation & Visual Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Arrange and display products according to store standards.
- Support basic stock management and inventory checks.
User Growth & Acquisition Develop full-funnel marketing strategies targeting acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage key growth channels such as SEO, Website, App, Email, and Social Media.
- Optimize both paid and organic activities to maximize ROI and deliver measurable user growth.
Daily Operations Support Assist with daily store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Store Manager
