Digital Marketing Manager – International Markets
Location: Pune | Work From Office Experience: 4–8 Years | Full-time
About the Role
Byline Learning Solutions is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with experience in international B2B markets to own and execute digital marketing, lead-generation campaigns, webinars, conferences, and email marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns targeting international markets such as the US, UK, Middle East, and APAC.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, databases, and campaign automation.
- Plan and execute webinars, online events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events end-to-end.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, paid campaigns, landing pages, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign creatives, case studies, brochures, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI and prepare regular reports.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and take campaigns from planning → execution → lead generation → reporting.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in B2B Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with international markets is mandatory.
- Strong experience in email marketing, lead generation, webinars, and events/conferences.
- Experience with LinkedIn and marketing/CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and execution skills.
- Candidates from eLearning, EdTech, SaaS, B2B services will be preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work front-foot and independently.
Important: This is a hands-on execution role, not limited to social media management or strategy. The candidate will be responsible for driving campaigns and measurable marketing outcomes.
