Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for temporary and permanent positions, from role briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and direct outreach, ensuring a strong pipeline for active roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights and candidate recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system and produce regular recruitment reports as required.
- Support the team with ad hoc administration, candidate referencing checks, and compliance documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
Who You Are
- Australian citizen or permanent resident eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship.
- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, resourcer, or similar role within an agency or in-house recruitment team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach when engaging stakeholders and candidates.
- Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient with recruitment platforms, candidate tracking systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
