About the Role
We're looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute performance marketing and SEO campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. You'll work directly with our strategy and creative teams to turn client goals into measurable digital results — from paid ads to organic growth and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) across client accounts
- Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management
- Manage day-to-day social media marketing — content calendars, posting, engagement, and page growth
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, technical fixes, and quality backlink building
- Design social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral using Canva
- Write and manage blog content and website copy to support SEO and brand storytelling
- Track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, rankings) and prepare simple client-ready reports
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends
- Collaborate with the design and video team to align messaging across channels
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing strategy and execution
- Familiarity with quality backlink building and off-page SEO practices
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO and keyword research
- Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing visuals
- Basic blogging/content writing ability
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification
- Prior agency experience
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ubersuggest, or similar
