**What we're looking for:**
We are seeking a passionate and motivated **Grade 1 Speech Pathologist** to join our team.
This role is ideal for **junior grade 1's** or a **new graduate**. Prior hospital exposure — whether through placements or work experience — is desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, sound clinical knowledge, and a commitment to evidence\-based assessment and management of adult communication and swallowing disorders.
**You must have**
Along with your passion for speech pathology, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
* Eligible for membership with **Speech Pathology Australia** * Passionate about adult communication and swallowing management across a range of clinical presentations * Experienced or familiar with hospital\-based practice (clinical placements or work experience) * Skilled in time management and adaptable in a dynamic clinical environment * An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills * Committed to ongoing professional development and clinical research * Able to work both independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team * Aligned with **Cabrini’s Mission, Values**, and **Speech Pathology Australia’s Code of Ethics**
