Sales & Marketing Intern
- Gain real-world experience making cold calls to understand customer needs and generate leads.
- Learn the basics of consultative selling and CRM tools.
- Conduct outbound calls to invite and confirm customer attendance for scheduled training sessions.
- Collect and verify customer contact details and professional information during calls.
- Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate, real-time interaction logs.
- Follow up with "undecided" customers via email or message to provide further training.
- Provide a weekly report on call success rates and new leads generated.
