**Roles \& Responsibilities:**
* Assist in supervising daily production operations for box, bowl, and cup manufacturing * Ensure smooth functioning of machines and manpower utilization * Monitor production output and ensure targets are met as per plan * Maintain product quality as per defined standards and GMP guidelines * Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and basic troubleshooting * Ensure proper line setup, changeovers, and minimum downtime * Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation * Follow safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in food packaging environment * Support senior supervisor in process improvements and efficiency enhancement * Ensure discipline and proper work practices on the shop floor
**Required Qualifications:**
* Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering * 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing (packaging industry preferred)
**Skills Required:**
* Basic knowledge of production machinery and processes * Understanding of GMP and hygiene standards * Good communication and team coordination skills * Problem\-solving attitude and willingness to learn * Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
* Production target achievement * Rejection and wastage control * Machine utilization efficiency * Shift report accuracy * Line downtime reduction
**Working Conditions:**
* Factory environment * Rotational shift duty
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
