We are currently looking for a Partner Programs and Product Manager for our B2B team at Head Office location.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, dual-hatted B2B Partner Programs and Product Manager to join our B2B Business team on a full-time, on-site basis. This critical role operates at the unique intersection of partner alliances, portfolio optimization, and complex technical solutions sales enablement. You will act as the primary commercial bridge between our B2B specific technology partners and the sales organization.
Your primary mandate is to maximize Partner & Product-driven profitability (via Gross Profit$, back-end rebates, incentives, and Market Development Funds) while defining, packaging, and enabling lifecycle-managing high-margin B2B offerings.
Responsibilities:
Partner Program & Relationship Management
- Alliance Governance: Serve as the central point of contact for strategic B2B vendors, managing certifications, tier requirements, and compliance roadmaps.
- Financial Optimization: Track and maximize vendor financial mechanisms, including back-end rebates, deal registration margins, special pricing agreements (SPAs), and price protection programs.
- MDF Strategy: Secure, deploy, and audit Market Development Funds (MDF) in lockstep with marketing & product management leadership to execute high-ROI pipeline generation campaigns.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead governance meetings with partner channel managers to align multi-year growth plans, technical certifications, and shared pipeline targets.
B2B Product Management & Solution Packaging
- Solution Architecture & Bundling: Define and design repeatable, market-back B2B product offerings that bundle vendor hardware/SaaS products
- Portfolio Lifecycle Management: Rationalize the existing VAR catalog, deciding which vendor SKUs to prioritize, retire, or replace based on margin performance and customer demand.
- Pricing & Margin Strategy: Establish competitive market pricing models, recurring revenue models, and minimum floor margins across complex distributed architectures.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Launch new vendor solutions internally, procurement workflows, billing configuration, and sales operational readiness.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Field Readiness: Build and distribute clear sales collateral, battle cards, playbooks, and scoping guides detailing how to sell our partners solution stacks.
- Training & Certifications: Coordinate internal technical and sales enablement tracks to maintain necessary partner-mandated technical competencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience within a B2B IT channel ecosystem—specifically working inside a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), Systems Integrator (SI), or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise technology alliances and a strong command of channel metrics like deal registration, distribution pricing, and MDF compliance.
- Practical experience launching complex technical solutions selling strategies
- Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/ Dynamics), Vendor Partner Portals, and automated Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
