About the Role
We are seeking a driven, relationship\-oriented **Technical Sales Representative** to expand our footprint across Ontario. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial growth, serving as the face of our premium spray foam insulation solutions.
This is a dynamic field sales position where you will cultivate relationships with a diverse network—from the high\-level professionals designing the projects to the teams executing them on\-site.
**No prior spray foam experience? No problem.** We provide comprehensive, top\-tier product and technical training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
* **Architectural \& Engineering Specification:** Educate and consult with architects, structural engineers, and building envelope consultants to get our spray foam products specified in upcoming commercial and residential projects. * **Contractor \& Applicator Relations:** Build and maintain strong partnerships with insulation contractors and spray foam applicators across Ontario, supporting their business growth and ensuring brand loyalty. * **Business Development:** Actively prospect, cold\-call, and follow up on leads to secure new accounts and expand existing territory sales. * **Technical Consulting:** Deliver presentations (Lunch \& Learns) to design firms and provide basic technical support regarding building codes, R\-values, and application standards (training provided). * **Territory Management:** Plan and execute regular travel across Ontario to meet clients, visit job sites, and attend industry trade shows.
What We Are Looking For
* **The Ultimate Relationship Builder:** Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales (experience in building materials, construction, or manufacturing is an asset but not required). * **Strong Communication Skills:** Ability to confidently present to a room of engineers, yet seamlessly transition to chatting with a contractor on an active job site. * **Self\-Motivated \& Independent:** Comfortable managing a large geographic territory and driving your own daily schedule. * **Quick Learner:** High aptitude for absorbing technical product knowledge, building science concepts, and local building codes during our training program. * **Valid Driver’s License:** Essential for regular travel across the Ontario region.
