About the Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll own Candor Health's health plan clients from kickoff through go-live and beyond. You'll lead implementations end-to-end, then drive adoption, retention, and expansion post-live, helping plans improve directory accuracy, network adequacy, and internal workflows.
This is not only a traditional relationship management role. You'll dig into the data, own technical questions, and turn findings into clear business stories for audiences from analysts to executives. You bring health plan experience and know how a payer actually uses provider data.
Responsibilities
Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead new health plan implementations end-to-end: scoping, success criteria, timelines, and go-live
- Manage client data onboarding (rosters, provider directory files, etc.), partnering with Engineering and Product to resolve data and integration issues
- Hold internal and client teams accountable to milestones, surfacing risks early and driving to time-to-value
Health Plan Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as primary point of contact for your book of health plan clients (both during implementation and post-live), leading calls independently and driving action items to closure
- Act as a strategic advisor: understand each plan's goals and translate Candor Health's data into narratives tied to their priorities
- Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and navigate complex payer organizations
Data Fluency & Technical Ownership
- Build deep knowledge of Candor Health's platform, data structures, and sources so you can field most client questions yourself
- Investigate data questions independently: replicate issues, own triage, and surface actionable insights
Account Health & Growth
- Own client health across your portfolio, tracking risks, milestones, and open items
- Possess a deep understanding of your clients’ business goals and strategic priorities, and effectively communicate where Candor Health’s solutions bring value
- Run business reviews and partner with Sales to drive retention, expansion, and upsell
Product Feedback & Enablement
- Bring client feedback to Product to shape enhancements and influence roadmap
- Contribute to documentation and enablement resources that help clients get full value from Candor Health's data
Qualifications
Required

- A track record of leading complex, data-heavy implementations end-to-end
- A record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding retention and expansion targets
- Strong analytical and data investigation skills: you interpret trends, spot anomalies, and draw conclusions
- Advanced Excel, plus daily use of AI tools to drive productivity and insight
- Experience with Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack

How You Work

- Self-sufficient learner. You take organized notes, ask good questions, and build your own product and industry knowledge.
- Empathetic but direct. You advocate for clients internally while setting clear expectations externally.
