Position Overview
We seek an inspiring and experienced Rooms leader who brings people together, drives operational excellence and elevates the guest experience through strong leadership, innovation and continuous improvement.
The Role
- Lead Front Office operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
- Work closely with Housekeeping leadership to align operations, ensure room readiness and uphold product quality and presentation.
- Inspire and develop managers and colleagues through coaching, clear direction and accountability.
- Establish effective frameworks, SOPs, training and Rooms systems that equip teams and improve workflows.
- Support the Director of Rooms in enhancing room products, amenities, guest offerings and service standards.
- Develop and implement improvements to Culturist experiences, Living Room offerings and guest programming.
- Drive Forbes-level standards, guest satisfaction and commercial performance through cross-departmental collaboration.
Talent Profile
- Minimum 5 years in luxury Front Office or Rooms management, including FOM or equivalent.
- Extensive Front Office expertise; prior Housekeeping management experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of PMS, reservations, guest experience platforms and other Rooms systems.
- Highly organized, with excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving and execution skills.
- Proven people leader who develops talent, builds capable teams and establishes accountability.
- Commercially aware and improvement-driven, able to translate ideas into measurable results.
