Job Description CDL-A Regional Company Driver – Chemical Tanker (Kentucky) Role Summary Join a transportation leader with 80+ years of experience and a strong safety-first culture. As a CDL-A Regional Company Driver supporting chemical tanker operations in Kentucky, you’ll haul steady, dedicated freight for consistent customers while earning competitive pay and maintaining reliable home time. Pay & Earnings • Mileage Pay: $0.70 CPM • Average Weekly Earnings: $2,000–$3,000 (based on route, miles, and workload) Schedule & Home Time • Regional routes with flexible home time • Typically out 3–4 nights per week • Weekend work required; generally home over the weekend What You’ll Haul • General chemical freight • Tanker work (chemical) • Steady, consistent work with dedicated customers Key Responsibilities • Operate a tractor-trailer/tanker safely and responsibly while transporting chemical freight on regional routes. • Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. • Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations, including hours-of-service compliance and safe driving practices. • Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with DOT and FMCSA E-log requirements. • Complete required paperwork, obtain customer signatures, and submit load documents promptly and accurately. • Meet delivery schedules, appointments, and customer service expectations while managing time efficiently. • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. • Maintain a professional, respectful attitude with customers, dispatch, and teammates at all times.
