Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated CDL Class A Truck Driver to run solo, regional, dedicated routes servicing Family Dollar stores. This role offers strong, consistent pay, modern automatic equipment, multiple home time options, and a benefits package designed to support you and your family. Compensation & Key Benefits • $10,000 sign-on bonus • Annual salary: $95,000–$105,000 • Guaranteed weekly minimum pay • Weekly payroll • Dedicated regional route (Family Dollar stores) • Late-model equipment with automatic transmissions • Multiple home time options available Benefits (Nationwide Coverage) • Medical Bridge coverage for the first 60 days • Major Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (effective after 60 days) • 401(k) (available after 60 days) • Note: Benefits enrollment must be completed within 60 days of hire to be eligible What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) • Operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer on a dedicated, regional route serving Family Dollar locations • Deliver freight safely and on schedule while following DOT and company policies • Assist with unloading trailers at delivery locations (hands-on, driver assist required) • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly • Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and delivery documentation (electronic logging and paperwork as required) • Communicate proactively with dispatch and store personnel to ensure efficient deliveries and issue resolution • Practice safe driving techniques in varying weather, traffic, and road conditions • Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and uphold high standards of customer service at each stop Must-Have Qualifications (Requirements) • Age 21 or older • Valid CDL Class A license • Minimum 3 months of verifiable driving experience • Ability and willingness to assist with unloading trailers (driver assist) • Ability to pass pre-employment screening consistent with DOT and company requirements • Commitment to safe, compliant, and professional driving practices Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Prior experience with dedicated or regional routes • Experience delivering to retail locations (e.g., stores, distribution networks) • Familiarity with ELD systems and DOT compliance best practices Work Schedule & Home Time • Solo, regional driving • Dedicated Family Dollar route • Various home time options available (details discussed during the hiring process to match business needs and driver preferences) Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
