Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor GRN, put-away, picking, dispatch and cycle count activities.
- Lead, train and manage warehouse staff and ensure productivity.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment and turnaround time.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, vendors and internal teams.
- Handle warehouse MIS, daily reports and operational documentation.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for cost and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space, manpower and equipment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and take corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety checks.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse & 3PL Operations.
- Good team handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP/SAP preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
