You will work within a team dedicated to reducing customer effort and empowering clients to take actionable insights from their private markets data.</p> <h3><strong>The Problems You’ll Solve</strong></h3> <p>As a Data Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of quarterly data extraction and client reporting. Your primary objective is to ensure that extracted data is high-quality, timely, and actionable for our customers.</p> <p><strong>Your core responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Quarterly Data Extraction:</strong> Manage the extraction of private markets data from accounting documents and performance reports.</li> <li><strong>Quality &amp; Timeliness:</strong> Ensure all data is extracted in a timely manner and meets our high standards for data quality.</li> <li><strong>Customer Support:</strong> Provide timely and accurate front-line support for all customers that your segment services.</li> <li><strong>Active Engagement:</strong> Proactively follow up with clients during each quarterly data campaign, providing clear tracking of what data is complete and ready for client review.</li> <li><strong>Real-time Interaction:</strong> Engage with clients in real-time via phone or Zoom to resolve issues and guide them through their data.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Keep detailed documentation of client interactions to identify trends and drive operational and process improvements for the data ops team and the product teams.</li> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Treat every data campaign as a project, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress and milestones.</li> <li><strong>Subject Matter Expertise:</strong> Become an expert in private markets data, including financial metrics and KPIs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Fluent in English with the ability to articulate technical and complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Knowledge of financial statements and common financial concepts with a strong sense of curiosity to solve problems.</li> <li><strong>Organization:</strong> Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple active projects with competing priorities.</li> <li><strong>Client Service:</strong> Care deeply and genuinely about client services; you exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.</li> <li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms quickly in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Disclosures:</p> <ul> <li>We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a positive interview experience for every candidate.
