Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Transformation Specialist to lead organizational change initiatives and drive enterprise-wide improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of process optimization and large-scale change management. As a key driver of transformation efforts, you will collaborate across functions to implement solutions, streamline operations, and support sustainable growth. Strong experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for organizational transformation aligned with corporate objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with members about the H.R.1 work requirements.
- Organize training materials for staff (administrators, medical personnel, outpatient therapists, tailored care managers and extenders) about the changes and develop a plan of action.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership to present findings, progress updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Utilize data analysis skills to evaluate project outcomes, measure success metrics, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executives and diverse teams effectively.
Requirements
- Experience working with Medicaid population.
- Experience working with a mid-sized company.
- Ability to use data management system.
- Four (4) year degree, highly recommended.
