We seek a creative and imaginative Instructional Designer who will be responsible for developing engaging and effective course scripts for our e-learning programs. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences.
We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.
Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and effective multimedia scripts for audio, video, and interactive elements.
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans and outlines based on the provided learning requirements.
- Create assessments aligned with course objectives to measure learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the creative team in developing innovative e-learning materials.
- Refine course scripts based on feedback from SMEs and stakeholders and ensure content is accurate, clear, and concise.
- Mentorship and training in instructional design will be provided.
