**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Java Full Stack Lead Developer** to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Docker**, and modern front\-end technologies. The role requires technical leadership, solution design, team mentoring, and close collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead end\-to\-end application design, development, and deployment activities. * Design and develop scalable microservices using **Java and Spring Boot**. * Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks. * Architect and implement cloud\-native solutions on **AWS**. * Develop and maintain containerized applications using **Docker**. * Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure software quality. * Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders. * Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices. * Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues. * Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 6\+ years of software development experience. * Strong expertise in **Java 8/11/17**, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot. * Experience designing and implementing **Microservices Architecture**. * Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger. * Hands\-on experience with **AWS Services** (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch). * Strong knowledge of **Docker** and containerization technologies. * Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. * Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases. * Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with SonarQube, Fortify, and security scanning tools. * Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools. * Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
