Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and relationship\-oriented Social Media Marketing \& Community Engagement Specialist to help expand the online presence of a growing hypnotherapy, spiritual coaching, consciousness education, and personal\-development business.

This role will focus on increasing visibility, engaging prospective clients, supporting social\-media campaigns, developing warm online relationships, and directing interested individuals toward appropriate services, courses, programs, and consultations.

The ideal candidate understands that successful social\-media marketing involves more than posting content. This person should be comfortable initiating conversations, responding to comments and messages, engaging authentically in online communities, recognizing potential client interest, and helping convert engagement into measurable business opportunities.

Training, approved messaging, service information, promotional materials, and tracking systems will be provided.

About the Founder and Services

The founder is a certified hypnotherapist, spiritual life coach, author, educator, and consciousness researcher who professionally teaches near\-death studies, subconscious transformation, personal empowerment, purposeful living, and consciousness\-based personal development.

Applicants are not required to share every spiritual or philosophical belief associated with this work. However, they must be respectful, open\-minded, and comfortable professionally representing services involving:

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with comments, messages, and prospective clients across approved social\-media platforms. * Build authentic relationships in relevant Facebook groups and online communities. * Identify conversations where services, courses, or programs may be helpful. * Direct interested individuals toward approved links, consultations, sessions, and enrollment pages. * Support the implementation of approved social\-media advertising campaigns. * Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries generated by advertisements. * Assist with TikTok Live broadcasts by engaging viewers and sharing approved calls to action. * Identify potential clients and meaningful audience questions during live broadcasts. * Record timestamps of educational, engaging, or promotional moments that may be repurposed into short\-form content. * Help identify content topics based on audience questions and engagement patterns. * Track leads, conversations, referral sources, and attributable sales. * Use assigned referral links, source codes, and campaign identifiers. * Provide regular reports on engagement, leads, appointments, enrollments, and campaign results. * Follow social\-media platform rules and the rules of individual online communities. * Avoid spam, pressure\-based selling, exaggerated claims, or unsolicited mass messaging.

Qualifications

* Experience in social\-media marketing, community management, digital marketing, lead generation, or online sales. * Strong written communication and relationship\-building skills. * Experience using Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and online communities. * Confidence responding to comments and initiating appropriate conversations. * Ability to recognize genuine interest and guide individuals toward a clear next step. * Strong organization and follow\-through. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * Comfortable working with spiritual, consciousness\-based, hypnotherapy, and personal\-development topics. * Professional judgment when communicating with people discussing personal or sensitive experiences. * Ability to use referral links, source codes, spreadsheets, or customer relationship management systems. * Reliable computer, telephone, and internet access.

Experience with paid social\-media advertising, TikTok Live moderation, short\-form video strategy, course promotion, wellness businesses, coaching programs, or client conversion is preferred.

Lead Attribution and Performance Tracking

Each contractor will receive individual referral links, source codes, campaign identifiers, or assigned marketing projects.

Contractors may be assigned particular:

* Social\-media platforms * Facebook groups or online communities * Programs or services * Advertising campaigns * TikTok Live broadcasts * Content campaigns * Audience segments * Promotional projects

Leads, enrollments, and collected revenue will be attributed through documented referral sources, customer records, assigned projects, and campaign data.

Accurate documentation is required for commission eligibility. This system allows multiple contractors to support the business while maintaining fair and transparent attribution.

Compensation and Earning Potential

This is a performance\-based independent\-contractor opportunity. It does not include a guaranteed salary, hourly wage, employee benefits, or guaranteed number of working hours.

Compensation may be earned through approved and traceable results, including:

* New client bookings * Course and program enrollments * Qualified conversions from social\-media campaigns * Sales generated through assigned referral links * Approved campaign\-specific bonuses * Other directly attributable collected revenue

A contractor producing consistent measurable results may target approximately **$600–$1200 or more per week**. Higher\-producing contractors may earn more because commission potential is uncapped.

These figures are examples of potential performance\-based earnings and are not guarantees. Actual earnings depend on collected sales, conversions, assigned commission percentages, individual activity, and documented attribution.

Specific commission rates, attribution periods, refunds, cancellations, and payment schedules will be defined in a written independent\-contractor agreement.

Flexible Work Structure

The contractor will generally determine when, where, and how to complete most services while meeting agreed campaign deadlines, maintaining timely responses, attending mutually agreed TikTok Live broadcasts, and keeping lead and referral records current.

Some evening or weekend availability may be useful because social\-media engagement and live broadcasts may occur outside traditional business hours.
