This newly expanded role sits within the Retail Experience Leasing (REL) team, supporting a national portfolio of casual and short term retail leasing agreements. Perfect for someone with strong organisational skills who's looking to build genuine finance and property experience in a supportive team.

**In this role, you will:**

Prepare and issue invoices for license agreements, including multi site and national agreements, and set up new partners in Vision Support arrears follow up and reconciliations, and assist with month end reporting Maintain accurate license agreement records and help ensure compliance with policy and relevant legislation Liaise with Retail Lease Executives, National Partners and clients on billing and payment queries Help maintain REL databases and systems, and support audits with documentation About You You're someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys the satisfaction of a well organised process. You're comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders, and you bring a genuine willingness to learn as the role and team continue to grow. Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in Excel Some experience in administration, finance support or reconciliations A proactive, can do approach to problem solving Clear, professional communication with a range of stakeholders Why CBRE?
