Aboutthe Role:
As a CBRESenior Environmental Compliance Manager, you will oversee the development andexecution of environmental reporting regulations programs. This job is part ofthe Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for thedevelopment and implementation environmental and sustainability complianceprograms.
WhatYou’ll Do:
. Conduct performance evaluationsand coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
. Mentor and coach as needed.
Guide the energy and sustainabilityteam and the Client to stay on top of environmental regulations; and identifyforthcoming regulations.
Provide strategic and technicalguidance in environmental and sustainability compliance management, draftingstandard operating procedures and executive summaries.
Set and track E&S regulationsinternal deadlines, mentor and coach the E&S team as needed.
Collaborate with the internalplatform team on upcoming regulations and share knowledge where required withother accounts.
Work with various clients’stakeholders and present executive summaries and procedure documents for eachregulation.
Communicate past, current, andfuture environmental regulations information through presentations to theaccount team and clients.

WhatYou’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred with5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered.
Prior management experience ispreferred.
