Job Summary
Centreax Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge across multiple technologies, excellent client-handling (both Domestic and International) and English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities while ensuring project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
- Coordinate development, testing, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, project reviews, and escalations.
- Use Jira to track project progress, tasks, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Work closely with technical leads and architects to address technical challenges and integration requirements.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, technical documentation, and management updates.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of professional experience in IT project management, software development, or technology delivery.
- Must hold a valid PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum project management certification.
- Strong knowledge of multiple technologies, software development methodologies, application architecture, APIs, and system integration.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions, with the ability to coordinate AI-driven projects and collaborate with technical teams on AI-based application development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience coordinating software development, QA/testing, defect management, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
- Excellent English communication, leadership, domestic and international client-handling, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and review project plans, requirement documents, technical specifications, and status reports.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Candidates with strong technical architecture knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and proven experience in managing software development and testing teams will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
