We are seeking a Salesforce Reporting & Analytics Analyst with strong Salesforce reporting expertise and hands-on SOQL experience to support business stakeholders and drive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for business users and leadership teams.
- Write and optimize SOQL queries to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting requirements.
- Work directly with Salesforce objects, relationships, record types, custom fields, and reporting structures.
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into meaningful dashboards and analytics.
- Investigate data discrepancies and provide root-cause analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Support business teams with ad hoc reporting and analytical requests.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and technical teams to improve reporting capabilities.
Required Experience
- 4–6 years of experience working with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Strong SOQL skills (Required).
- Experience working directly with Salesforce objects, relationships, and reporting structures.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SQL experience.
- Tableau experience.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
Important Requirement
SOQL REQUIRED — Applications without Salesforce and hands-on SOQL experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
