Cepoch (cepoch.com) is hiring a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to lead orchestration, complex Architect routing, API integrations, and multi-tenant disaster recovery for a direct US enterprise client.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years total in contact center technology (4+ years hands-on in Genesys Cloud).
- 3+ years at a Genesys partner, VAR, or system integrator delivering external client solutions.
- Led at least 2 full end-to-end Genesys Cloud migrations or greenfield implementations.
- Proven experience building a secondary Genesys Cloud org for disaster recovery (DR), configuration replication, and failover execution.
- Hands-on production automation using CX as Code, Terraform, or Archy.
- Backend scripting proficiency in Python, Node.js, or C# with AWS Lambda and Platform Data Actions.
- Available for Indian 2nd or 3rd shifts
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Genesys Cloud Architect flows for voice, chat, email, SMS, and messaging.
- Configure IVR, queues, skills-based routing, bullseye routing, and predictive routing.
- Develop integrations using Genesys Data Actions, Platform APIs, REST APIs, and AWS Lambda.
- Build and configure Genesys Cloud organizations - users, roles, telephony, routing.
- Automate deployments using CX as Code, Terraform, and Archy.
- Assist with Genesys Agent Copilot, bot flows, SIP, BYOC, and troubleshooting.
- Work directly with US technical teams on implementation, testing, and support.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
