In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping us attract top talent. You will be responsible for managing the pipeline of candidates for a small but growing space technology company. This is a multifaceted job that requires both excellent organizational skills and the ability to understand and promote the core culture of a startup. Recruiting activities will include university relations, planning or participation in local events, managing online postings, logistics for CesiumAstro staff and candidates, and front-line screening of candidates. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR staff to develop and execute hiring plans and projects. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, articulate, quick to grasp business needs, a team player, an excellent written and oral communicator, and eager to learn.
