If you enjoy working in a startup environment and are passionate about hiring top talent to work on satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems, we would like to hear from you. In this position, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of candidates to help develop leading-edge electronics for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems. You will collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent in various technical disciplines within the aerospace industry. This is a multifaceted job that requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to effectively assess the technical capabilities of candidates, along with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to understand and promote the value proposition Cesium offers. Talent acquisition activities will include sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms and helping to develop high-impact recruiting strategies. You will work closely with Cesium engineering and business staff to develop and execute talent acquisition projects.
