The Business Master Data Analyst plays a key role in analyzing, managing, and leveraging data related to Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations. The incumbent works closely with business teams, data consumers, and technology teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and develop appropriate reporting and Business Intelligence solutions. The mandate includes designing and evolving reports and dashboards, analyzing business processes and data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and other connected applications, as well as improving data quality. The incumbent also contributes to the prioritization of initiatives, features, and user stories and may act as a Product Owner to support the roadmap of data solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, build, deliver, and maintain reports and dashboards for Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations using Power BI, AI solutions, and other visualization tools.
Participate in business and executive meetings to gather and analyze requirements and provide recommendations regarding reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of business processes and datasets within SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and other connected applications.
Leverage knowledge of available data tables and visualization capabilities to interpret requirements and recommend tools and dashboards, particularly to improve data quality.
Prioritize work within Application, Technology, and Data teams and ensure that developed solutions align with a roadmap that supports future growth and technological evolution.
Provide daily support to end users to ensure the effective and efficient use of the reporting platform and perform the data loads and updates required to sustain business operations.
Prioritize features and user stories based on business unit and stakeholder feedback as well as the business value associated with new projects.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high quality solutions that meet data and data quality requirements.
Translate conceptual user requirements into clear functional requirements that can be easily understood by developers, project teams, and analytics teams.
Communicate product updates, advancements, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with Agile methodology and backlog management is considered an asset.
Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehouse concepts and terminology.
Experience with tools and platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, Lucidchart, Collibra, Tableau, Dataiku, or similar solutions.
Hands on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and EWM, MM, and TMS modules.
Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Self motivated and able to work effectively in an open and collaborative team environment.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect the dots and tell compelling stories using data.
