Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce applications and integrations. The role focuses on building scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and APIs. Experience across Salesforce Clouds and healthcare projects would be an added advantage.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Build and configure Salesforce Flows, triggers, classes, components, and other platform features.
- Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Customize and support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud solutions.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution and production releases.
- Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines and follow established development and code quality practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing, and platform limits.
- Experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, and release support.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Experience working on healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Experience with source control and deployment tools.
