WORK SET-UP & SCHEDULE
Our Project Manager / Project-In-Charge will be assigned to work at (1) the Main Office located at 2630 Rizal Avenue, Sta. Cruz, City of Manila, (2) the Warehouse located at 29 Platinum Avenue, Goldendale II Subdivision, Tinajeros, Malabon City, and/or (3) the Showroom located at Eton Square, Ortigas Avenue, San Juan City. Our work schedule shall be from Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager / Project-In-Charge, you will be responsible for:
- Technical Measurement Tracking: Conduct site surveys to take final, accurate measurements to avoid material waste or sizing errors.
- Drafting Support: Draw clean, detailed measurement sketches/drawings to serve as a direct reference for the CAD Operator.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Strategize project timelines, set clear schedules for site mobilization, inspections, and installation activities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, fabricators, and installers.
- Workforce & Installation Supervision: Handle and direct on-site personnel during site installations.
- On-Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor build quality and verify work aligns with construction documents.
- Risk & Quality Mitigation: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Progress Reporting: Track project performance, manage documentation, and report regularly to clients and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be a successful Project Manager / Project-In-Charge, one must:
- Have at least two (2) years of project management experience
- Have a background in the glass and aluminum industry
- Be able to confidently converse with high-level site authorities (Architects/Engineers) while being able to ground terms clearly for field workers and installation laborers
- Be exceptionally precise in checking technical data and taking field dimensions
- With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related courses is an advantage
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
