About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Analyst (VIE) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute across the business, from strategic planning and budgeting to data analysis and business development support. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, a positive attitude, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare journals, accruals and reconciliations, maintain the fixed asset register and help ensure monthly expenses are captured accurately.
- Contribute to financial reviews, analyse operating expenditure and sales performance, and maintain direct-to-consumer reporting.
- Support budget and forecast cycles, consolidate inputs and work with budget owners, including on the Brand Home profit and loss forecast.
- Maintain point-of-sale master data and assist with indirect tax documentation, internal control reconciliations and exception reporting.
Profile
Key Criteria
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:
- A university or business school degree; initial experience in business analysis would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in translating financial data into useful business insights.
- Excellent Excel skills, including confidence working with macro-enabled files.
- Data visualisation skills using Power BI; knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and an interest in data science would be advantages.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across functions.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and tools.
