About Change Champions
Change Champions is a boutique Microsoft partner focused on adoption and change management. We help enterprise organizations get real value from Microsoft 365, Copilot and other AI tools by tackling the human side of change. Our work is hands on, practical and measured by outcomes, not slideware.
About the role
This is an early career role for someone sharp, curious and eager to learn fast. You'll work alongside our Lead Consultant to keep client programs running smoothly: managing our learning platform, pulling together reports, drafting communications and delivering simple training sessions. As you grow, you'll take on more client facing work.
What you'll do
- Administer our learning and adoption platform (BrainStorm) for clients: assign trainings, set up nudges and campaigns, and keep enrollments current
- Pull usage and training data together into clear client reports and dashboards
- Draft communications for Teams, Viva Engage, email and intranet channels
- Deliver short, focused training sessions on simpler topics, such as Copilot basics or Teams tips
- Coordinate logistics for workshops and Champions meetings: invites, registration, attendance and recordings
- Track tasks, deadlines and follow through so nothing falls through the cracks
- Build and update resource hubs, quick reference guides and FAQs
Who you are
You care about how adults learn, and you get a real sense of satisfaction from seeing people try something new and make it part of how they work. You've seen that a great session is only the start, and that the habits and behavior that come after are what count.
What we're looking for
- Roughly 1 to 3 years of experience in communications, training, learning and development, change management or business
- Hands on experience creating or delivering training for adult learners, and a genuine passion for helping people change how they work
- You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or similar) in your work and you're curious about where they're going
- Comfortable in Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint, or confident you can get there fast
- Clear writer who can explain a tool to someone who's never used it
- Comfortable presenting to small groups, online or in person
- Organized and detail oriented, with a habit of following through without being reminded
- Comfortable with Excel and turning data into something easy to read
Nice to have
- Experience with a learning platform or digital adoption tool
- Interest in change management or a Prosci certification in your future
- Experience in a consulting or client service environment

- $62,000 to $74,000 CAD per year, based on experience
