Key responsibilities

Audits: run technical and on-page SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema and internal linking.

Fixes: implement on-page improvements with the WordPress developer.

Local SEO: manage Google Business Profile optimization and updates (posts, photos, offers, hours), local citations, directory listings and review strategy.

Planning: do keyword research and competitor analysis per client and service area.

Content: create content briefs for the writing team, then review and publish SEO content.

Link building: coordinate outreach. Assess publisher quality and follow disclosure norms; no black-hat tactics.

Deliverables: define each client’s deliverables, quantities and frequency, and track delivery against them.

Reporting: produce monthly reports on impressions, clicks, CTR, organic landing-page traffic, and organic form submissions traced to appointments where possible.

Strategy input: contribute to quarterly strategy and recommendations.
Must-have skills

3+ years of hands-on SEO, with strong local SEO and Google Business Profile experience.

Proficiency with SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4 and GTmetrix or Page Speed Insights.

Good working knowledge of WordPress and SEO plugins such as Yoast or Rank Math.

Solid understanding of technical SEO and schema markup.

Ability to write clear content briefs and edit content for SEO.

Excellent written English and clear reporting skills.
Good to have

Experience with US local-business or multi-location clients.

Experience with Duda or with site migrations, including SEO-safe redirects.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel.

Agency or white-label delivery experience.

Google Analytics certification.
