We're looking for an **Assistant Kitchen Manager** to help oversee our busy dessert kitchen, supporting the Management team in delivering outstanding treats and exceptional customer experiences every day.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
\- Assisting with the day\-to\-day management of our dessert kitchen \- Leading and supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods \- Ensuring desserts are prepared and presented to the highest standards \- Maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing deliveries \- Upholding food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards \- Training and developing team members to help them succeed \- Helping create a positive, motivated, and fun working environment
**What We're Looking For:**
\- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast\-paced kitchen or food production environment \- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team \- Excellent organisation and attention to detail \- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods \- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures \- A passion for desserts, quality products, and great customer experiences
