The role
You'll help more businesses discover Chatbase, try it and become paying customers. We're hiring several people into growth, and each of them will own a channel end to end, from the first experiment to the revenue it drives.
What you'll own
→ A growth channel end to end: the hypothesis, the experiments, the numbers, and the call on what to scale and what to kill.
→ AEO and SEO, so Chatbase is the answer when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google how to put AI agents in front of their customers.
→ New programs built from zero: affiliates, agency and channel partnerships, a startup program, and creator and community partnerships.
→ Results measured in signups, activation, paid conversion and revenue.
You might be a fit if
→ You've made something grow fast, at a startup, a scaleup or your own project, and you can show the numbers.
→ You go deep in at least one channel and pick up the rest quickly.
→ You have good judgment about where to spend time and money, including when to stop.

What it takes

Pay & logistics
→ Base salary: CAD $105,000–$155,000, depending on experience.
