Your mission
- CRM & Pipeline Quality: You keep our CRM clean, structure incoming leads, and ensure that our sales team works with the right data
- Targeting & Research: You exciting target companies and the right contact persons – the foundation for successful sales
- Outbound & First Touch: You support the outreach to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and telephone and learn how modern sales outreach works
- Messaging & Content: You create and optimize email templates, LinkedIn messages, and presentations – with a clear focus on relevance and impact
- Sales Support: You accompany the journey from initial contact to the demo appointment and support the preparation of customer meetings
- Cross-Team Collaboration: You work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline together
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master's degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT, or a similar field
- You are eager to start your career in Sales / Tech / SaaS and you can work 15–20 hours a week while studying
- You are communicative, enjoy approaching people, and have strong expression skills
- You work in a structured and independent manner
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
- You stay calm and maintain an overview, even when things get busy
- Initial practical experience as an intern or working student (m/f/d) is a plus – but not a must
