Your mission
- You communicate with our customers in writing and by telephone
- You maintain data in our CRM system (Odoo)
- You take over the administration and onboarding of new customers in the purchasing portals
- You process the supplier questionnaires and keep our associated information database up to date
- You develop templates and translations
- You work on process descriptions
- You will also support us in the area of “Customer Training”
- For our annual Checkmk Conference, you will help with ticket sales and provide support before, during and after the conference
- You will take on additional projects and tasks in collaboration with various colleagues, thereby you are supporting our sales team
Your profile
- You are registered as a student (m/f/d) in a business focused course or alike or in a course of study related to IT
- You like to help customers and colleagues and your communication skills are very good
- You have an independent way of working
- You speak and write German fluently and also have a good knowledge of English
- At best, you have already gained experience in a similar function
- You don't let a bit of chaos get you down and you keep a cool head when the house is on fire
