Reporting to the Controller, you'll inherit a talented team of 10 and own the corporate accounting— close, financial reporting, and technical accounting — partnering closely with FP&amp;S, Tax, Corp Dev, and Legal.</p> <p>We need someone who has seen what "great" looks like at a public company and can bring those standards here — tightening our close process, leveling up our technical accounting bench and putting the controls and documentation in place that will hold up to external scrutiny.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a high-performing team across GL accounting, treasury, and technical accounting.</li> <li>Design, implement and maintain appropriate accounting policies and processes to enable accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.</li> <li>Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, driving timeline reductions and establishing the controls and reconciliation standards expected of a public company.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as the in-house US GAAP technical accounting expert.</li> <li>Partner with Corp Eng on ERP (Oracle Fusion) optimization and automation across the accounting tech stack.</li> <li>Lead the external audit, partnering with the external auditor to ensure timely completion of annual audit.</li> <li>Partner with corporate development to support M&amp;A activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA certification strongly preferred.</li> <li>12+ years of experience with an increasing level of scope and leadership responsibility; Big 4 and industry experience preferred.</li> <li>Deep technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and other financial reporting requirements.</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of shortening close cycles and building durable processes — not just operating existing ones.</li> <li>Experience operating in a SOX-controlled environment is a plus.</li> <li>An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Disclosure</strong></p> <p><em>We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
