As a Data Analyst, your key responsibilities include:
- Support the development of Training materials and presentations to ensure the right corrective actions are linked to each measure and key messages are delivered in line with strategic direction.
- Work closely with the IT department to establish centralized processes, and workflows within the systems.
- Support the implementation and procurement of new analytics software’s and technology. Conduct checks and data verifications during the whole implementation process.
- Provide guidance and suggestions to the Data & Analytics team around the implementation of data warehouse and database designing to understand data systems as well as it’s related components.
- Conduct data verifications and reviews from a data point of view for each individual business case before sending them for governance committee approval.
- Identify trends and patterns using data to inform business around effective optimization of resources and process to improve business planning and performance.
- Lead the comprehensive analysis and documentation of requirements for the implementation of complex data and analytics projects, collaborating closely with the D&A manager and the Data Governance Group to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in comparing and analysing detailed data from varied sources, typically from large, complex data sets, to identify problems and determine appropriate manual or automated solutions..
Qualifications required for the role
- Degree qualified in data and analytics, accounting, business or related discipline along with subsequent experience in data and analytics.
