Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in team leadership, coordination, training, or supervision.

• Familiarity with school operations, admissions processes, and student enrollment.

• Proficient in CRM platforms, student information systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor enrollment metrics and develop data-driven strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end admissions operations to achieve student enrollment targets.

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Admissions team to ensure individual and team performance.

• Monitor applicant conversion rates, recruitment pipelines, and admissions performance against established targets.

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve recruitment, applicant engagement, and enrollment conversion.

• Ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and excellent customer service for prospective students and parents.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, admissions reports, and applicant information.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Academics, Registrar, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

• Identify opportunities to streamline admissions processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
