**What you’ll be responsible for**
This role sits within our Citation HR Implementations team and reports to our Senior Implementation Manager. Here’s what your days will look like:
* *Plan and project\-manage client implementations end\-to\-end — scoping, configuration, testing and go\-live — against agreed timeframes and budget* * *Run efficient account set\-up sessions with new clients, then progress to handling larger, more complex implementations as your confidence builds* * *Configure the platform (and support migrations to our new platform) to meet each client's business and compliance requirements* * *Build trusted client relationships through onboarding, surfacing risks early and ensuring the platform embeds into client processes* * *Design and deliver training and webinars that build client confidence and capability in using the platform* * *Coordinate with Sales, Product and Client Success, feeding learnings back to sharpen implementation estimates and processes*
**Who we’re looking for**
You’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you see a problem and get on with solving it. Beyond that, here’s what will set you up for success in this role:
* *Experience implementing software where migration was a significant part of the role* * *Confident configuring and troubleshooting SaaS/HRIS platforms, with a structured, process\-driven approach* * *Proficiency using Salesforce for implementation tracking and CRM* * *A warm, approachable communicator who can explain things clearly to clients and colleagues alike* * *SaaS experience, ideally within the HR space*
