This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for experience in a rapidly growing leisure centre, with an appetite to utilise their aquatic operations technical expertise. Growing from 1600 to 2100 members in 12\-months, with a Swim School remaining stable at 1700 students, there is an opportunity to play a role to further strengthen these numbers and solidify Reservoir Leisure Centre as one of the highest performing facilities in recent times.
**About the role:**
**You will:**
* Manage the pool\-plant operations of the facility * Ensure the facility and its services conform to the Guidelines to Safe Pool Operation (GSPO), Health Regulations, Child Safe Standards and Legislation and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations * Oversee two critical areas: Aquatic Operations and Swim School + Lead two Program Leaders; Program Leader Aquatic Operations and Program Leader Swim School * Acquire and retain aquatic users (general aquatic and swim school) * Manage aquatic operation budget
**About you:**
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Aquatic / Leisure / Recreation (or related discipline) and/or relevant experience in the leisure and aquatic industry. * Pool Operation certificate (Preferred). * Experience in plant room and equipment maintenance. * Current Pool Lifeguard Award (desirable). * AUSTSWIM – Teacher of Water Safety Certificate (desirable)
